Shipping policy

 
Angel Direct, Inc. ("Angel Direct") will usually ship your domestic or international order via parcel delivery (FedEx, UPS).  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once your order is complete and your preferred shipping method has been selected.  Ground and Express shipping methods are available for most orders.

Orders received before 3pm EST Monday through Friday for in-stock items are usually shipped the same day.  Orders can only be shipped to a physical street address.  Orders received with a USPS P.O. Box delivery address cannot be delivered.  Shipping and delivery times may increase during peak shipping seasons.

Choose your shipping method at checkout to see the estimated delivery date for your order.  Estimated delivery dates, while generally reliable, are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather or seasonal conditions.

Items ordered together may ship to you separately, depending on availability and proximity to the delivery address.

In-stock items ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.  In some cases, and depending on product availability, items may ship directly from a supplier's distribution center.

International orders may be assessed duty, Value-Added Tax ("VAT") or other clearance entry charges.  Once your order has been cleared for delivery, you will be contacted directly by the shipper or the applicable clearance agency for payment of these amounts.  For more information about clearance entry for your international order, please read our Clearance Entry Policy.

Some items ordered may be too large to ship by parcel delivery (FedEx, UPS); accordingly, Angel Direct will arrange "best-way" delivery for these items via common carrier.  Prior to shipping your order, freight estimates will be provided to you for your approval, and the actual shipping amount will be billed to you separately.
