Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is important to us, and we don’t want you to worry about ordering the wrong item. We give you 60 days from your purchase date to request a refund (no restocking fee), and exchange or store credit thereafter for the cost of the item purchased, as follows:

  • Within 60 days of purchase date - refund for cost of item purchased, item exchange (same item) or store credit for cost of item purchased;
  • After 60 days from purchase date – item exchange (same item) or store credit for cost of item purchased;
  • Refunds for returned items made within 7-15 business days of our receipt of accepted returned item; refund made using original customer payment method;
  • Exchanges and store credits for returned items made within 7-15 business days of our receipt of accepted returned item;
  • Items to be returned must be in saleable condition to be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit;
  • Return shipping cost paid by us if return results from our error e.g. incorrect or defective item shipped; otherwise, return shipping cost paid by customer;
  • Items purchased on “close-out,” discontinued, clearance or similar “special-buy” basis are generally not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
