General Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise requested, customer orders will be shipped FedEx, UPS or USPS on a “best-way” basis. Shipping costs are calculated once your order is complete, and the preferred method of shipping has been selected.

Shipping Details 

Depending on which location results in a lower shipping rate for you, as well as product availability, orders are shipped M-F either from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA, or from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Orders placed before 3PM EST usually ship out the same day, and orders placed after 3PM EST will usually ship the following business day.  Transit times generally take 3-5 business days, and start when your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed, and shipping costs may not be refundable.

Expedited Shipping

For orders having a priority delivery schedule, expedited shipping methods are available at checkout. Additionally, for orders having a critical delivery schedule, and depending on what time we receive your order, next day delivery may also be available as a shipping option.
