Root Candle draft-proof brass candle follower has an original, beveled-rim design that protects the candle flame from severe draft areas created by high ceilings, heating and air conditioning ducts and ceiling fans. Made from solid brass with a special insulating lining, then hand-polished to a high finish and sealed with a lacquer coat for years of maintenance-free use. Properly-fitting candle followers absorb and distribute heat from the candle flame to help your wax candles burn evenly, drip less and last longer (see Using Candle Followers diagram).
